Delivery & Returns

The Flip Side ships through a strategic local logistics partner Quiqup delivery. Delivery rates are listed on the delivery page. 

However, during special sales or promotions there might be an additional processing time up to 4 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once the order is shipped with the tracking/invoice number and contact details of the delivery hero. You can contact us anytime for any order inquiry.

As we strive to build a better product and community the same will be automated and integrated for a better service! 

Returns

We will only refund or replace items that either have a manufacturing defect or are damaged in transit. Please contact us on info@flipsidedxb.com before sending any returns back to us, as sometimes we will be able to send replacement items without having the damaged item sent back to us. In those cases we will ask you to provide photographic evidence via emailing info@flipsidedxb.com. 

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via insured mail post. Please contact us with any questions: info@flipsidedxb.com. 

Please note that we do not cover the cost of duties or taxes for their respective territories.
